Golden Turmeric Tea

This warm, soothing drink is perfect for winding down in the evening or giving yourself a gentle, anti-inflammatory boost any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plant milk (oat, almond, or coconut)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Pinch of black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
